Welcome to Wrenquin. This website is operated by Ai Saki LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Wrenquin," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Using our site
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use it. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Our products
All Wrenquin products are printed on demand after you order. We try to show colors and designs accurately, but garment-dyed fabrics vary piece to piece and screens display color differently, so small differences in color, texture and print placement can occur. This does not affect your rights for printing defects, damaged goods or wrong items under our Refund Policy. Please review the size guide before ordering.

3. Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices, change or discontinue products, and correct pricing or description errors at any time. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or show signs of fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full to your original payment method. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate information, including your email and shipping address.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Replacements, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

7. Wrenquin Club
Membership. Wrenquin Club costs $9.99 (USD), paid once. It lasts 12 months from the date your Club order is paid. It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription. If you buy Club again while you are still a member, 12 months are added to your current expiry date.
Member pricing. Member prices apply to Wrenquin tees on orders placed after your Club purchase is paid, not to the order that includes the membership. To receive member pricing, sign in with the same email address used for your Club purchase. Member pricing replaces bundle savings and cannot be combined with them. Free US Standard shipping on 3 or more tees still applies.
Custom designs. Members can request a custom design at no extra cost when they buy at least one tee with that design. One open request per member at a time. We cannot create designs that use characters, logos, trademarks or other content owned by someone else, and we may decline any request at our discretion. Wrenquin owns the designs we create, as described in section 8.
Other benefits. Members receive emails about new designs and a free gift message on orders. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal use. Membership is for one customer and cannot be transferred, shared or used for resale. We may cancel a membership used for resale or fraud, with a refund of the unused share of the fee where required by law.
Changes. We may change Club benefits or pricing for future purchases. Changes will not reduce the benefits of a membership you have already paid for during its current term, unless required by law.
Refunds. Membership refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, photos and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Wrenquin and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute our designs or content without written permission. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce its design.

9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content, you grant Wrenquin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm your submissions do not violate anyone's rights and are not unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use our site to break any law, infringe our or anyone else's rights, transmit viruses or malicious code, collect other users' personal information, submit false information, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

11. Third-party services and links
Our site may include links to or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services; your use of them is subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrenquin, Ai Saki LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about a product will not exceed the amount you paid for it. This does not reduce the refunds or replacements offered in our policies, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrenquin and Ai Saki LLC from claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Privacy
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@wrenquin.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date posted. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
