A few things to know
How long does membership last?
Your membership lasts 12 months from purchase. Member pricing starts from your next order after your Club purchase is paid. Renewing while you are still a member adds 365 days from your existing expiry date.
Will it renew automatically?
No. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. There are no automatic renewals.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full membership refund within 30 days, as long as you haven't used member pricing yet. Contact support@wrenquin.com for help.
How do custom designs work?
Tell us your idea at support@wrenquin.com. We'll discuss it and draw a design for your shirt purchase. Custom design work is included with your purchase as a Club member.
When do member prices start?
After the order containing your Club membership is paid, sign in with the same email on your next order. Adding Club to your cart does not reduce prices in the current order; regular Bundle savings still apply.
